Thriving in the Desert

I recently camped in the Big Bend National Park in Texas, U.S.A. It was so lovely to see many colorful wildflowers and succulents thriving in the arid landscape. Those desert plants have developed physical and behavioral mechanisms to adapt to extreme heat and dryness.

There are times when we must endure harsh circumstances and painful emotions. How can we adapt to them and thrive like desert plants?
